Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Council of State and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, Raul Castro, on the anniversary of his country’s Independence Day.
The Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani also sent a similar cable of congratulations to Raul Castro.
