QFCRA achieves ISO/SEC 27001:2022 certification

Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) announced yesterday that its Information Technology department successfully achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the world’s leading standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

The rigorous external audit was completed with zero non-conformities, reflecting the robustness of QFCRA’s security processes and alignment with international best practices.

“Achieving ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification is a significant milestone that reflects QFCRA’s commitment to operational excellence, data protection and upholding the highest standards of cybersecurity and risk management. This accomplishment by our IT department demonstrates our proactive approach to strong governance, ensuring compliance with global best practices.
