Praia: President of the Republic of Cape Verde H E Jose Maria Neves received yesterday the credentials of H E Saad bin Ali Al Mohannadi as Ambassador (non-resident) Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Cape Verde.
The Ambassador conveyed the greetings of Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to President of the Republic of Cape Verde, and wishes of good health and happiness to His Excellency and continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of the Republic of Cape Verde.
For his part, the President of the Republic of Cape Verde entrusted the Ambassador with his greetings to H H the Amir, wishing His Highness good health and happiness and the State of Qatar further progress, development, and prosperity.
