Doha: Advisor to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs for Military and Security Affairs H E Major General (Pilot) Mohammed Abdullatif Al Mannai, who is also Chairman of Ministry of Defence’s Executive Committee for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, met with Commander of Italy’s Joint Operation Command H E Lieutenant General Francesco Paolo Figliuolo and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation of common interest between the two sides and ways to enhance and develop them.
Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Qatar H E Paolo Toschi, Qatari Military Attache to Italy H E Major General Hilal Ali Al Mohannadi, Italian Defence Attache to Qatar Colonel Angelo Del Lungo, and a number of officers in the Qatari Armed Forces attended the meeting.
