DOHA: The windy weather is expected to continue until tomorrow due to an extension of low pressure, with chances of scattered rains.
In a special bulletin issued yesterday the Met Office has forecast scattered showers today especially. The showers may at times be accompanied with thunder.
Fresh to strong northerly winds are expected to continue until Saturday. A dusty weather may affect visibility, said the Met Office.
The seas will be high and witness strong winds, said the forecast. Further, the northerly winds may cause a five to eight degrees C drop in the temperature.
The maximum temperature would likely range between 25 and 29 degrees while the minimum, between 19 and 22 degrees.
The Met Office has, thus, urged people to avoid sea activities during the unstable weather.
