Doha: Latest weather charts updates indicate unstable weather is likely to continue from today evening until Friday due to an extension of a low pressure with chances for scattered rain, which could become thundery at times, especially tomorrow (Thursday 31-03-2016).
In addition, fresh to strong northerly winds is expected until Saturday (02-04-2016) and visibility may reduce to less than 3km in open areas due to blowing dust with sea warnings for high waves and strong winds.
Moreover, the northerly winds will be accompanied by 5-8 °C drop in temperatures across the country compared with early this week as maximum temperatures expected to range between 25-29°C and the minimums between 19-22°C.
Qatar Meteorology Department urges all to be cautious, avoid sea activities and to follow latest weather updates through our different social media accounts.
