Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior has urged citizens and residents to use the “Communicate with Us” window on the Metrash app to communicate directly with the Security Systems Department and submit complaints using the “Contact Us” feature.
These complaints can be made against violations by security service companies, establishment of security companies or companies practicing security or surveillance activities without license.
The steps to follow involves users selecting ‘Communicate with us’ option upon accessing the home screen of their Metrash application.
Users can then select ‘complaints’. Next, users must ‘select the type of complaint’ and fill in the data and agree to the validity of the information provided.
Finally, users will click on ‘next’ to complete the submission of complaints.
The Metrash application gives citizens and residents access to over 400 services provided by the Ministry of Interior. It is also a free application that provides its users with secure and encrypted services.
