The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs said yesterday that it is developing an online system for the approval for the recruitment of workforces in private sector. The new system will serve the employers for submitting the requests till obtaining approval for the workforce of required nationalities. This will be an alternative of existing Permanent Committee for Recruitment (PCR). The move came following the directives of Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani in a meeting with chairmen and heads of enlisted companies at Qatar Exchange to reduce the restrictions and ease the procedures for obtaining approval of workforces for private sector.
