As the weekend ushers in a new month, it brings with it not only cooler weather but also a rich lineup of events to explore, from art and music to fashion, sports, and charitable causes, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

A Nation’s Legacy, A People’s Memory: Fifty Years Told

NMoQ Gallery 13 & the Old Palace

This newly opened landmark exhibition presents the 50-year history and journey of the National Museum of Qatar since its inception. This exhibition features rare exhibits from the old museum, prior to its remarkable renovation, which have not been displayed before. Visitors can expect to be amongst iconic pieces, both traditional and contemporary, as well photographs, videos, personal stories, foundational documents, and new artistic responses.

Qatar Museums Gallery, Katara, Building 10

This much-awaited exhibition explores the work of Maqbool Fida Husain, also known as MF Husain, one of India's most famous artists. The exhibition features over 80 pieces by the artist, as well as displays of materials that can give the viewers a glimpse of the artist's creative process. In this exhibition, visitors will be amongst rooms of vibrant colours and imagery.

I. M. Pei: Life Is Architecture

Qatar Museums Gallery – Al Riwaq

This exhibition offers a first full-scale retrospective of Chinese-American architect Ieoh Ming Pei's in-depth works during his seven-decade career in architecture through a display of original drawings, sketches, models, and archival materials. 

The exhibition is arranged around six key themes significant to the architect, who also designed Qatar's Museum of Islamic Art.

FTA: Threads of Impact. Celebrating 7 Years of Fashion Trust Arabia

M7 - Msheireb Downtown Doha

This new exhibition at M7 celebrates seven years of Fashion Trust Arabia as it features the creative and dynamic pieces made by over 80 designers. Visitors can look forward to seeing fashion pieces, adorned in traditional and contemporary influences, presented alongside complex and imaginative designs depicting the diverse visions across MENA. 

Two more major exhibitions are showcased at M7. Visitors are also encouraged to visit the Amazigh Hair Couture exhibition which celebrates Moroccan Amazigh hair traditions, and the Houbara Haven: A Chaumet Tiara exhibition, which showcases designs by Qatari artist Aisha Alattiya, crafted by Maison Chaumet.

Portals in Flux Artist in Residence 9 Exhibition

Garage Gallery, Fire Station

This new exhibition presents the works of fifteen Qatar-based artists from various disciplines as they showcase pieces created during their nine-month residency in the iconic Fire Station Museum. The theme of the exhibition explores concepts of navigating memory, materiality, and imagined worlds.

This thematic exhibition welcomes shoe and sneaker lovers as well as individuals interested in athletic gear. This exhibition will allow visitors to witness how sneakers evolved from athletic gear into global icons of design, culture, and fashion.

SFA Fall Edition 2025

The Qatar Sports For All Federation, in partnership with Education City, presents this weekend's race at the Oxygen Park. This weekend's morning race marks the third in this four-race series, including the Education City MTB Trail.

This event at the Old Doha Port is the perfect weekend destination for thrill seekers interested in witnessing the UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship. This event is the final round of the race and marks the return of Qatar to the 2025 sporting calendar after a 10-year absence.

Citizens and residents can find the finest perfumes and scents in this Oud and Perfumes Exhibition at West Walk this weekend. Over 40 brands from 10 countries are set to participate in the exhibition. 

The 14th Edition of Kashta Exhibition

Sumaisma and Al Dhaayen Youth Center

Qatar's camping and outdoor heritage takes the spotlight in the 14th edition of Kashta Exhibition this weekend. The annual event, which is being held at the Sumaisma and Al Dhaayen Youth Center, presents more than 50 participants and serves as a platform for small businesses and entrepreneurs to showcase their products and innovations. 

‘Relay for Life 2025’
October 31, 3pm to 8pm
Aspire Indoor Track, Aspire Zone

This inspiring global event, 'Relay for Life 2025, is a unique humanitarian initiative dedicated to celebrating life while honouring cancer survivors. This event, organized by Qatar Cancer Society (QCS) is open for all members of the community at the Aspire Indoor Track from 3pm to 8pm. 

Hospitality Qatar Exhibition 2025
