Attorney General H E Dr Ali bin Fetais Al Marri
He has previously worked as Head of the Legal Department at Emiri Diwan since October 1998. He has worked as professor of International Law, Qatar University, since 1997. He holds Master’s in General Law Separation of Powers and Shura as one of these Powers from Rein University, France and Doctorate in International Law from Sorbonne University, France, in Boundaries in the Arabic Peninsula. He is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
