Total E&P Qatar held its Annual Integration Day celebration, which is part of the programme to integrate new and existing employees into the workforce, and to familiarise them with Qatar, Qatari culture and customs, Total’s strategy in Qatar, as well as Total’s values and policies, specifically those related to ethics, health, safety and environment, and human resources. Carolina Pretzel, Deputy Vice President of HR, Communications and CSR of Total E&P Qatar highlighted the importance of this program saying: “At Total we realize that a strong team environment is built by successful integration. Every year, various employees of many different nationalities and origins join Total, and is important to get them to be in link with the rich traditions and culture of Qatar, our host country”.
