Doha, Qatar: The Indian Pharmacists Association Qatar (IPAQ) committee recently organised its second blood donation drive in collaboration with Hamad Medical Corporation Blood Bank as part of its mission to convince the general public about the importance of blood donation.
Around 100 people participated in the recently concluded event.
Through blood donation, IPAQ recorded the duty and obligation of the mother country and the expatriate community to the country, rulers and citizens, which gave life to millions of expatriate families by providing employment and protection.
The camp started at 3pm and ended at 8:30pm. It was led by Hanif Peral, Abdul Rahiman Eriyal, Ameer Ali, Shanawaz, Sajeer, Jafar, and Shamnad, among others.
