Doha: The criminal court has fined a man from Sudan QR3,000 for drinking alcohol and another QR10,000 for driving under the influence alcohol near Dukhan Roundabout.
The court also fined him QR10,000 for driving without a license, Arabic daily Al Raya reported.
The man confessed to all the charges and said that the car belonged to his father and he found a bottle of wine near a house and drank a little from it.
