In line with the current health conditions, the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI), represented by the Excellence Center for Training and Consulting, has launched "Let us join hands for Qatar" initiative, which comes within the framework of fostering the principle of community partnership adopted by the center with different organizations in Qatar.
The initiative, which will be held today, 28 March 2020, for six days, aims to providing a set of free training programs for employees’ governmental organizations through virtual training platforms. In addition to designing another set of programs for next week reflecting their needs.
Dr. Farid El Sahn, Director of the Excellence Center for Training and Consulting, said. "The Excellence Center is one of its kind in Qatar, specialized in remote training services to be used anywhere using a mobile phone or computer. This step has been implemented in accordance to the Qatar National Vision 2030, towards upgrading the technological level of all ministries and agencies and to be compatible with the trend of leadership and excellence."
The Excellence Center for Training and Consulting is a specialized center that works to support governmental organizations in enhancing and improving the skills of leaders working in the public sector in Qatar. The Center strives to help create renewed Arab public-sector culture that challenges bureaucracy and organizational stagnation; encourages innovation and individual contributions; and fosters change management to respond to societal and economic needs, overall development and high growth rates in the region, specifically in Qatar.
