Video Home recently conducted Indesit/Ariston Product Training to enhance product knowledge of sales staff and impart the product benefits and
features to customers through them.
The programme was specially conducted by Massimo Maggioni, Training Manager, Indesit Company of Italy, and was attended by sales staff of all Jumbo Electronics showrooms along with merchandisers and sales staff of hypermarkets, major home appliances dealers in Qatar.
A group of 30 employees attended the training which consisted of theoretical and practical demonstrations for each product category and concluded with a question and answer session to clarify doubts.
Video Home Chief Operating Officer Rohit Pandit, briefed the trainees on the brand value that Indesit as a company has around the world, being a multinational now associated with Whirlpool Corporation — the global appliances giant. Manoj Kumar, Assistant General Manager for the Multibrand Division of Video Home also addressed the team.
