Quality Mall to open branch in Al Khor

Quality Group International is opening its 7th retail outlet with a brand new, multi-faceted shopping mall in the city of Al Khor. Located in the heart of the city, the new destination is set to elevate the shopping and entertainment scene and make Al Khor a new hub in Qatar’s growing market.
Quality Mall will be opening its doors to the public on January 1 at 4pm at an inaugural function that will be graced by distinguished guests such as members of the royal family, business community and diplomatic divisions of Qatar. On the occasion of the mall’s inauguration, Shamsudheen Olakara, the Chairman of the Group said, “Quality Mall will be a brand new addition to Al Khor and will provide its residents a venue for all their shopping and entertainment needs.”
The mall will feature a range of franchises, outlets and independent kiosks with clothing lines, fashion accessories, home appliances, electronics and more. Spread across three floors, the mall will also accommodate the renowned Quality Hypermarket that includes provisions, household items, and a wide range of food products. In addition to the Hypermarket, the mall has a range of services such as foreign exchanges, beauty salons, confectioneries, laundry, pharmacy and an extensive food court, offering multiple cuisines and fast food joints. As part of the inauguration, there will be special offers and discounts on various products and items to mark the day.
The mall’s 2nd phase opening will be in conjuction with the Qatar National Sports Day in 2017. One of the highlights is a large entertainment space which is an initiative of the Quality Group to promote tourism in the traditional city of Al Khor and to aid in Qatar’s upcoming tourism projects. The entertainment arena will include a bowling centre, virtual cricket and football centre, gaming zone, and a conceptual snow house, which will be exciting new attractions in the city and in Qatar in general.
