Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent yesterday a cable of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Albania, Bujar Nishani, and also to the President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, on the occasion of the anniversary of their country's Independence Day. Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani and Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani also sent the similar messages to the two leaders.
