Doha: Qatar’s national under-13 players Ahmed Eid and Sultan Al Kuwari have marked a significant rise in the International Table Tennis Federation’s latest weekly rankings.
Ahmed is in the sixth position in the Week #38 Rankings, making a huge leap of 30 spots after scoring 156 points during the period. His compatriot Sultan also rose 14 spots to eighth spot in the weekly rankings, scoring 124 points.
The Qatari duo enjoyed an outstanding run at the recently concluded WTT Youth Contender Varaždin 2021 event in Croatia.
Qatar’s Rawad Al Nasser was seventh in the weekly rankings released yesterday.
