DOHA: The Embassy of Pakistan in Doha organised an exclusive talk on Seerat-un-Nabi PBUH to commemorate the blessed life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Zakaryya Mohamed AbdelHady, Associate Professor of Islamic Thought and Culture, College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, Qatar University. The event was chaired by Ambassador of Pakistan to Qatar H E Muhammad Aamer who also addressed the gathering.
The talk was attended by a large number of members of the Pakistani diaspora, students, prominent academicians, resident Ambassadors and representatives of the diplomatic corps in Qatar.
Dr. Zakaryya Mohamed Abdel-Hady highlighted the importance of following the principles of mercy, as taught by the Prophet PBUH. Ambassador Amer emphasised the role of such gatherings in strengthening spiritual bonds within the community. The event concluded with prayers for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
