The staff at W Doha Hotel & Residences donated boxes full of clothes, DVDs, games and other items to Qatar Charity. W Doha regularly hosts fundraisers to support the local community in order to create an all round better world experience.
“Responding to people in need is about caring when it matters and which is why W Doha strongly supports Qatar Charity, a non-governmental organisation, which was founded in 1992 and strives for the development of the Qatari society and other needy communities,” a company statement said..
The donations mark the end to a week of campaigning at W Doha. Last week, staff at the hotel celebrated Starwood’s ‘Road to Awareness’ by hosting a W Bazaar as part of a the global initiative to help raise money to educate children around the world.
