Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Meteorology Department in its latest weather forecast indicated chances of rainfall in some areas on Wednesday, July 29 and Thursday, July 30, 2026.
The Department in a social media post stated that the country is expected to experience hot to very hot weather with a chance of local cloud formation that could bring isolated rain to some locations during the afternoon.
Daytime temperatures forecast could reach 40°C in Doha, Mesaieed, Al Wakrah, and Al Khor, while Dukhan, Al Ruwais, and Abu Samra are expected to record highs of 38°C.
Northeasterly to southeasterly inshore winds at 5–15 knots are expected , while offshore winds will be mainly southwesterly to northwesterly at 3–13 knots.
Sea conditions are expected to remain calm, with waves up to 2 feet inshore and up to 3 feet offshore.
