DOHA: The Technical Monitoring Section at Al Shamal Municipality has caught a number of violations related to buildings and excavation regulation law during its recent inspection visits.
Among the violations include, not taking necessary procedures to ensure safety of pedestrians, fences around work sites that don’t meet specifications and throwing wastes in undesignated places.
Necessary actions have been taken against the violators and action will also be taken against other violators.
Meanwhile, Al Karaana office at Al rayyan Municipality has conducted 92 inspection tours, and caught 24 violations, removing two abandoned vehicles, issuing four excavation permits and the total fine was QR43,975.
