DOHA: The General Authority of Customs (GAC) held a workshop for its employees to enrich their experiences in the latest ways used to identify counterfeit goods, commercial frauds and intellectual rights violations.
A lecture was delivered by an expert from World Customs Organisation.
GAC wants to enhance the expertise of its employees in protecting intellectual property rights and the best practices in combating commercial frauds.
The lecture explained to employees about the differences between original and counterfeit goods to make the inspectors’ work easier.
