BPS graduates its kindergarten

Doha: Birla Public School’s (BPS)  batch of 2017-2018 kindergarten students graduated. The ceremony honoured 587 students, which was spread over two days.

The first session, wherein students of divisions A to I graduated, was presided by Director C V Rappai. Other dignitaries present on this day were school Principal A P Sharma, Vice-Principal Shirley Rappai, Vice-Principal George Edison, Headmistresses of various sections and Kindergarten Coordinator Suja Tharoor.

The program started with an address by our Chief Guest C V Rappai, A P Sharma, Principal and George Edison, Vice-Principal followed by, the felicitation of the students of KG I  & KG II, who maintained a full attended school without absence from class even for a single day the whole year and continued with the felicitation of the graduates.

The second day, wherein students of sections J to S was presided by Chairman Lukose K Chacko.  Other dignitaries who attended the program were Chindhu Antony Rappai, Management Representative, Principal A P Sharma, Vice-Principal Shirly Rappai, Vice-Principals George Edison, Radhika Rele and Kindergarten Coordinator Suja Tharoor.  

The program started with the Principal welcoming the Chief Guest and the parents, advising parents about good parenting, followed by an address by our Chairman.

March 8 being International Woman’s Day, Vice-Principal Shirly Rappai spoke , followed by the felicitation of the students of KG II, who maintained a full attended school without absence from class even for a single day the whole year and continued with the felicitation of the graduates.

The Chief Guests congratulated the students on the occasion of achieving an important milestone and encouraged them to continue their journey of academic achievements.

The students thanked their teachers for being there for them.

They mentioned in their speech that they had learnt phonics, numbers, rhymes, stories, action songs, about taking part in sports day and Founder’s Day function.

The program concluded with a feeling of happiness as well as sadness, having to bid goodbye to the little one.
