Wyndham Grand Regency Doha held an employee engagement event called “ResponsibALL Day,” bringing staff members from various departments together to experience a day in the life of the housekeeping team. The event enabled each member of staff to see the hotel through the eyes of another, as well as to contribute ideas and suggestions to further enhance the guest experience. “By allowing people the opportunity to step outside their normal roles, they are able to gain a fresh perspective. In this instance, it was that of our housekeeping department, who do a fantastic job every day. The event was very successful and over 50 Wyndham Grand Regency Doha team members took part. We are delighted with the response of the staff to this exercise and will look to rolling out similar activities in other departments so that every team member gets to gain new experiences and see first-hand the roles all our associates play in providing the best possible service for our valued guests,”said Ayman Lotfy, general manager, Wyndham Grand Regency Doha.
