Doha, Qatar: The Shura Council on Monday strongly condemned the Israeli Knesset's approval of two draft bills seeking to impose illegal sovereignty over the occupied West Bank and a settlement east of Jerusalem, describing the move as a dangerous escalation that threatens international legitimacy and peace efforts.
