The Qatari Hajj Mission, in cooperation with local Hajj campaigns and Saudi authorities, implemented an integrated operational plan covering reception, transportation, accommodation, medical care, religious guidance and crowd management. The coordinated system ensured smooth movement of pilgrims between Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah through the Mashair Train network and other transport services.
Pilgrims particularly commended the significant upgrades introduced this year at the Qatari camps in Arafat. The camps featured fully air-conditioned tents equipped with modern amenities, spacious majlis areas, mist-fan cooling corridors, open buffet hospitality services and modern sanitary facilities, making them among the most distinguished camps in the holy sites in terms of comfort and organization.
The mission also continued round-the-clock operations through its medical, religious, technical, communications and field support units to ensure immediate assistance and continuous care for pilgrims throughout their spiritual journey.

The mission also attached special importance to healthcare services. Two fully equipped medical clinics for men and women were established in Arafat, alongside ambulances fitted with advanced medical equipment and rapid-response emergency scooters designed to reach crowded areas quickly.
