The Kottayam chapter of Indian Cultural and Arts Society (Incas) has selected office-bearers for a new term. Thomaskutty Thomas, president, Mohammed Siyad, general secretary, and Nebu P Joy, treasurer, will lead the chapter for the next two years. Incas central committee vice president R P Hassan officiated at the selection meeting. Central Committee president Joppachan Thekkekuttu, vice-president Abu Kattil, Advisory Council president K K Usman and secretary Sonu Augustine felicitated the new committee members.
