To make teaching beyond the classroom walls and make learning more lively and practical, MES CBSE-i presented a colourful programme during the morning assembly recently on the theme “Save air and Water”. It was presented by students of Grade I-VII.
Speakers from Grade I-IV covered the issue by analysing data and presented the fact in a coherent manner. Youngsters also enacted a skit depicting the significance of air and water.
To add vigour to the programme, a rally was organised by students of Grade I-V (around 150 students), visiting sections of the school, holding placards, posters and shouting slogans. The march was flagged off by the Principal, Sasidharan A P, accompanied by the Vice Principal and Assistant Head of Section.
The importance of air was shown through a colourful kite-flying session participated by students and teachers.
The programme ended with a mime enacted by students portraying the importance of saving the precious gift of nature.
