Ramallah: A Syrian prisoner died in the Israeli jails, the Palestinian Authority for Prisoner Affairs announced.
Asaad Al Wali, from the occupied Golan Heights, died inside an Israeli prison while he was serving eight months sentence for allegedly building an unlicensed building, Chairman of the Authority Essa Qaraqaa said in a statement.
Alwali's family received the dead body from Safad hospital without mentioning the death cause.
