Ooredoo’s Nojoom Members can now pay their monthly Ooredoo bill, including their Shahry subscriptions, using their Nojoom Points, the company announced yesterday.
The new service, which aims to give post-paid customers more options to pay their bill, offers Nojoom Members the chance to make Nojoom Point redemptions toward their service costs.
The option to pay a monthly bill with Nojoom Points can be accessed via the Ooredoo My Bills section on the Ooredoo website, Ooredoo Self-Service Machines and Ooredoo IVR phone system (111), starting from yesterday. Members can also use the Nojoom Bill Payment Reward option in the Ooredoo App to make a payment. Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, Community and Public Relations Director, Ooredoo, said: “With these new Ooredoo bill payment rewards, which start from just 4,500 Nojoom Points, making sure you are connected to the Supernet has never been easier. Now, not only are you rewarded for using Ooredoo services, but you can use those reward points to pay for your Ooredoo services too!”
With more than 400,000 Ooredoo Shahry customers currently enjoying the incredible value of Qatar’s most used post-paid service, this additional feature is expected to see high demand.
“This is just another reason why our customers should enrol in our Nojoom Loyalty Programme. We reward our members for their loyalty and everyday tasks” Fatima added.
