DOHA: A field survey has been launched by the Ministry of Interior to assess the level of satisfaction of people availing services of the Capital Security, Al Rayyan and Al Shamal security departments and their branches.
The survey also aims to seek public feedback on services to improve them.
The survey was launched yesterday by the Strategic Planning Department of the ministry and continues for a week and forms are being distributed to people.
The form has three main parts.
The first asks respondents to assess reception services of the departments, and the second has questions about formalities to be completed to avail a service.
The third part of the form  asks about work environment at the departments.
Next week, a field survey will be launched to assess customer satisfaction about services provided by South Public Security Department and Dukhan Public Security Department.
