Qatar and Pakistan sign aircraft purchase deal

Qatar has signed a contract for the purchase of “Super Mushshak” training aircraft from Pakistan. Commander of Al Zaeem Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Attiyah Air College, Brigadier (Pilot) Salem Hamad Al Nabet of Qatar and Deputy Chairman of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Air Vice Marshal Arshad Malik signed the contract yesterday.

 


Doha: Qatar has signed a contract for the purchase of “Super Mushshak” training aircraft from Pakistan. The contract was signed between Commander of Al Zaeem Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Attiyah Air College Brigadier (Pilot) Salem Hamad Al Nabet for Qatar, and Deputy Chairman of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Air Vice Marshal Arshad Malik.

Brig Al Nabet said that the new aircraft will provide the support needed to train pilots in the College and would give a fillip to the development of the training process.

He hailed the unlimited support which Al Zaeem Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Attiyah Air College enjoys from Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
He also thanked the Minister of State for Defence Affairs who he said pays attention to the training and education of members of the armed forces and cadres of Qatari pilots annually.
