DOHA: As part of its effort to raise awareness about human rights, Qatar National Human Right Committee (NHRC) received at its office students from Salahaddin Al Ayyubi Middle School.
Jaber Al Huwail, Director, Legal Affairs Department, NHRC, briefed them on the committee and national institutions concerned with human rights in Qatar and the panel’s aims, strategy, mandates, legal status and role in the protection of human rights.
NHRC is one of the national human right institutions known for its excellent performance and has won global certificates of appreciations.
