New Pastry Chef at Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel

The Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel has announced Nicolas Grzywa (pictured) as the new Pastry Chef.  Chef Nicolas is a French nationality and served over 34 years of international experience working with several companies such as Rezidor, Disney Cruise Florida line, Pacific and Caribbean and also an Executive Pastry Chef in 1 Macaron Michelin in Paris.

“Chef Nicholas is a talented and experienced hospitality professional and will play a key role in ensuring that the Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel continues to provide guests with the same high-quality service and exceptional value that it has become known for in the Doha community,” said Eman Abela, Food & Beverage Director of the Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel.
