Mannai Trading Company, the exclusive dealer of Cadillac, and GMC in Qatar, attended a special gala dinner hosted by General Motors (GM) in celebration for their Grandmaster Dealers 2012 Achievement held at the Hilton Hotel, Qatar, recently.
The celebration was organised by GM to recognise Mannai Automotive employees for overall excellence in sales, service, parts, and customer value management. This is the ninth time Mannai has won a major dealership award from General Motors in a decade.
To present the certificates of excellence to Mannai Automotive management, the GM team travelled to Doha, led by John Stadwick, President & Managing Director GM Middle East, accompanied by Fadi Ghosn, Chief Marketing Officer, and Bader El Houssami, Regional Manager.
John Stadwick said: “I’d like to congratulate the entire Mannai team for their sincere hard work. General Motors, through this award, aims to further raise the level of customer care in terms of before and after-sale services to ensure the continuity of the best quality of service. Mannai Automotive has shown remarkable performance and thus deserved special recognition for this.”
