A DPS-MIS team won second prize in debating at the Qatar School Debate League-2 Boys Tournament which was held recently at Sherborne Qatar. The competition featured 28 teams and they debated against each other for four rounds. The three best teams and top 10 speakers were presented with certificates.
The DPS-MIS team comprising Abhijith Krishna (X-A), Abhyudaya Gupta (X-B), and Russell Mendonca (X-A) and was declared the ‘Second Best Team’.
The other DPS-MIS teams comprising of Dinkar Khattar (X-B), Matthew George (X-A), Sharon John (X-A), Nihaal Ahmed, Kshitij Mathur and Rameez Mohammed (all from Class XI), also gave their best.
