Chi’Zen Brunch menu now available on Friday and Saturday

Following the success of the recent launch of its Brunch Menu, Chi’Zen at the Oryx Rotana Doha now offers brunch twice a week every Friday and Saturday. The weekend brunch with a selection of beverages and unlimited servings of appetizers and main course at QR299 per person, and they can also enjoy a package of soft beverages at QR229 per person 
The brunch begins with a variety of appetizer selections which include dim sum basket (a steamed combination of prawn dumpling and chicken sui mai), duck spring roll (crispy rolls with Chi’Zen’s signature peaking duck filling), and deep fried eggplant. Guests can also choose from a beef soup with pok choi or cream of corn and asparagus soup. For the main course dishes include Cantonese style braised beef, steam fish with tofu in black bean sauce, Mongolian garlic lamb and seasonal fresh vegetable preparations. Guests can embrace wholesome and nutritious fruits in creations such as banana spring roll with mango dipping sauce or pineapple fritters with strawberry sauce. The menu also includes a chocolate brownie and golden dessert bun.The Peninsula
