Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Qatar Railways Company (Qatar Rail) regarding a variety of postal services.
The agreement was signed by Qatar Post Chief Financial Officer Mohammed Jabr Al Naemi and the Chief of Corporate Support Khalifa Hassan Al Jehani from Qatar Rail. By the terms of the agreement, Qatar Post will provide Qatar Rail with Global Priority Service to deliver all postal materials inside and outside the State of Qatar in the shortest time possible in addition to its VIP services.
Qatar Post will also provide all postal and mail services to Qatar Rail in order to facilitate and expedite the transport of consignments and shipments which is part of its important efforts at integrating national companies in order to strengthen the Qatari economy in line with the QNV 2030. Qatar Post’s Global Priority Service safely and securely delivers flats, letters and parcels to more than 220 countries worldwide within 1 to 3 days, making it the fastest delivery option.
