The 10th ICC One Communication Championships 2013 grand finale was held at Radisson Blu recently. In the International Speech Contest, Emad Mansoor Alam, 4th Year student at Weill Cornell Medical College, was the champion. Second place went to Nisha Shivram, Office Manager at a sports contracting company, and Clarivic Mendiola Vistal, high school teacher, came third. In the Humorous Speech Contest, Devdas Kisan Tamboli, Projects Engineer, Kahramaa, Surendra Kumar, Assistant Branch Manager in a construction equipment company, and Ashfaque Khan Deshmukh, IT Manager for a local group of companies, came first, second and third, respectively. In the Junior Speech Contest, Aditya Divakar Karkera from Birla Public School was crowned champion. Issa El Fahoum from Ideal Indian School stood second and Mohammed Shaheen from MES Indian School third. Ruban Devadas was the Chief Coordinator of the championships.
