Doha: The relief ship ‘Hope’ arrived in Yemen’s port of Aden yesterday. The consignment is funded by Qatari philanthropists through Eid Charity Foundation and Sheikh Thani Bin Abdullah Foundation for Humanitarian Services (RAF).
Eid Charity said the ship is carrying 2,500 tonnes of food for about 250,000 people in Aden and other affected areas. Eid Charity General Manager Ali bin Abdullah Al Suwaid said the shipment cost about QR10m, reports QNA.
