Three global experts in the field of infrastructure development delivered speeches at the 2nd Qatar Engineers Summit, “QEST 2013” at the InterContinental hotel. In line with the theme of the event, “Management Challenges in Infrastructure Development on a Global Perspective”, Dr Tahir Hanif from Qatar, Engineer G Vijaya Raghavan from India, and Anthony Holmes from UK interacted with 200 participants consisting of technocrats, engineers and management professionals.
