NEW YORK: Tech stocks led the way Friday to a higher close on Wall Street.
American automaker and energy storage company Tesla saw its shares jump 2.5 percent Friday, while technology firm GoPro was up 2 percent.
The Dow added 14 points to finish the week at 19,933 and the S&P rose two points to 2,263.
The Nasdaq increased 15 points to close the week at 5,462.
The Dow posted its seventh consecutive weekly gain -- its longest streak in two years.
