She has previously handled positions including Acting Deputy Manager (HR site), Head of Workforce Planning & HR Systems, Senior Workforce Planning Specialist, Senior Planning Analyst, and Network Analyst at RasGas Company Limited. She graduated in Computer Science from Qatar University. She was team leader in the Organising Committee of the Group77 and China Second South Summit. She is also a volunteer with the Permanent Committee for Organizing Conferences. She has received the Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
