Speaker of the Advisory Council H E Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi
He was re-elected as Speaker of the Advisory Council in November 2004. Earlier he was a Member of the Advisory Council. He was also an Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He started his career as Office Director to the Minister of Public Health. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Northern Arizona, USA.
