Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Municipality’s expanding e-services are playing a crucial role in streamlining municipal transactions and improving community satisfaction. The Ministry highlighted the rapid response system as one of the key success factors in meeting public needs effectively and efficiently.

According to recent statistics, a total of 3,586 requests for municipal services (insect control) were submitted through the “Oun” mobile application, demonstrating the platform’s growing popularity among residents. By integrating technology into municipal operations, the Ministry continues to build a more transparent, user-friendly, and responsive service framework.
