Beirut: The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health's Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC) announced on Friday that the death toll from the Israeli Aggression on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 4,330, with 12,236 people injured.
Lebanon and the Israeli entity signed a US-brokered framework agreement that provides for security arrangements, redeployment of the Lebanese army in southern Lebanon, reconstruction of affected areas, measures to support economic recovery, establishment of direct communication channels, and confidence-building steps aimed at achieving lasting peace.
Lebanese army began, three days ago, to redeploy in the town of (Zawtar al-Gharbiya) in (Nabatieh) in the south of the country, following the withdrawal of the Israeli forces from it.
