Doha: Q-Post has started charging for parking at their main building on Corniche (West Bay).
Visitors to the GPO main building will have to pay a minimum of QR2 for parking up to an hour.
Q-Post has installed a parking payment machine for paying your fees or you can choose to pay at the cash counter on the way out.

Vehicle owners will be charged QR2 per hour for the first and second hours, QR3 per hour for third and the fourth hours, and QR5 per hour thereafter. The maximum charge for a day has been fixed at QR70. If the owner loses the ticket he will have to pay QR70.
The charges are in accordance with the announcement recently by Ministry of Economy and Commerce fixing the parking charges for malls, shopping centres and commercial complexes.

In order to protect customers from excessive fees charged for parking, the Ministry, in April, had issued a decision regulating car parking and valet service charges levied by malls and shopping centres.
