DOHA: Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has implemented Clinical Information System (CIS) at Mesaimeer Health Centre.
The corporation said it had completed all necessary procedures to apply the new system and provided training for all employees, Al Sharq reports.
The CIS helps doctors access all information about a patient electronically, so patients don’t have to explain their medical history every time they visit a public healthcare provider.
The system will make it easier for doctors as they don’t have to go through paper files and can see the notes from the previous visit on their computer screens.
