Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani with Kazakhstan's Foreign Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. The Emir received a written message from President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, inviting the Emir to attend the First Summit on Science and Technologies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), to be held in Astana.
